The Pepsi Diner
This summer, PepsiCo brought nostalgia to life with the first-ever Retro Pepsi Diner at The Boulevard in Riyadh. In collaboration with burger joint Black Tap, this pop-up blended culinary flair with Pepsi's signature energy, creating a unique fusion of past and present.
The Pepsi Diner was more than a place to eat; it was a time machine, transporting visitors back to the golden age of diners with a modern twist. It encapsulated Pepsi's brand ethos—celebrating life’s joyful moments — in a space where nostalgia met contemporary fun.
Guests enjoyed air hockey, live DJ beats and the classic pleasure of a burger paired with ice-cold Pepsi. Though temporary, the Pepsi Diner left a lasting impact on Riyadh’s cultural scene.
The Mega Green Accelerator
At PepsiCo, we are proud to collaborate with industry leaders and innovators to drive meaningful impact across the region. Our Mega Green Accelerator (MGA) is a notable example. Launched during COP28, the MGA is designed to enhance investment in the region’s sustainability ecosystem by bridging the gap between entrepreneurs and essential resources. This initiative supports diverse, scalable solutions in the circular economy, clean energy transitions and food security.
A key strength of this program is the diverse range of partners, including SABIC and operating partner AstroLabs, along with over ten other key players from various sectors. These collaborators, from investors to educators, play a key role in guiding our eight selected startups through an impactful learning journey.
Through tailored training, mentorship, sector expertise and access to investment opportunities, our MGA partners are supporting these innovators to develop their businesses, expand their networks and transform their ideas into viable solutions.
We look forward to showcasing the progress of our startups at the upcoming MGA Demo Day, where they will present their innovations to a broad audience of stakeholders from across the ecosystem.
Together we are working to create a lasting, positive impact on our climate and environment.
World Water Week
This World Water Week, the urgency of addressing global water scarcity is more critical than ever, especially in the Middle East, where temperatures are rising at twice the global average.
At PepsiCo, we are proud to announce that we have achieved our 2025 goal of improving water-use efficiency by 25% in high water-risk areas – two years ahead of schedule.
This milestone highlights our commitment to sustainable water management and the dedication of our teams worldwide.
Our efforts have not gone unnoticed. PepsiCo was honored on the 2023 CDP A List for leadership in water security, placing us in the top 0.5% of all 21,000 companies scored by CDP. This recognition is a testament to our focus on advancing water management.
Our journey does not stop here. Through our pep+ (#PepsiCoPositive) strategy, we are setting even more ambitious goals, including becoming net water positive by 2030. Our aim is to replenish more water than we use in our operations, ensuring better water resource management wherever we operate.
Key to our success are the innovative technologies we have implemented globally. For example:
- We have scaled a new corn-washing technique approach across over 100 manufacturing lines, potentially saving 640 million liters of water annually.
- At 21 sites, 14 of which are high water-risk areas, we have deployed membrane bioreactor technology that purifies water for reuse, reducing freshwater demand by 70%.
- Our teams pioneered a method to capture and treat water naturally found in potatoes, saving up to 60 million liters per year at a single site.
These innovations, alongside strategic partnerships, are creating a ripple effect toward a water-secure future. We remain committed to making a lasting impact on the communities we serve and contributing to global efforts where we can.
PepsiCo’s New Lebanon Office
This summer, PepsiCo marked an exciting milestone in #Lebanon with the official opening of its new office, designed to foster a dynamic and collaborative work environment. The innovative workspace reflects the company’s commitment to becoming "Faster, Stronger and Better," aiming to boost productivity, engagement, and teamwork among its associates.
The new office reimagines the traditional workspace, offering areas where PepsiCo employees can connect, create, celebrate and collaborate.

To mark the occasion, the launch event combined informative sessions with celebration, featuring traditional Lebanese Dabke dancing, professional photo opportunities and ergonomics workshops aimed at promoting comfort and productivity in the new space.
Aligned with PepsiCo’s sustainability goals, the office opening also showcased contributions from the company’s Green Team. Employees were encouraged to commit to the pep+ pledge, an initiative focused on creating an environmentally conscious workplace.
Employees were then encouraged to explore the space, embrace its features, and continue driving success within this vibrant and collaborative setting.
