When Rabih and his team step into the Al-Sulay Distribution Center in Riyadh, they’re not just checking inventory; they’re keeping a quarter of PepsiCo’s snack supply in Saudi Arabia on the move.
As Regional Sales Manager for PepsiCo’s Central Region, Rabih oversees the distribution of some of the most recognizable snack brands: Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Tasali, and Sunbites. The Al-Sulay facility alone accounts for nearly 25% of PepsiCo’s snack sales in the country. For Rabih, success starts with people then numbers.
“I grew with PepsiCo because someone believed in me. Now it’s my turn to make space for others to grow too,” Rabih says.
“For the past four years, I’ve worked side by side with the team on the ground: agents, supervisors, area sales managers,” he adds. “The goal is always the same: reach more consumers and grow stronger together.”

Every day at the Al-Sulay Distribution Center runs like a finely tuned operation. Products arrive from PepsiCo’s Riyadh and Dammam plants. They’re sorted, shelved, and prepped overnight. By morning, drivers and sales representatives are on the road, stocked and ready to serve markets across the Central region.
Rabih’s role spans cities, schedules, teams, and systems. But when he talks about his work, he brings it back to the people: the sales representatives, warehouse crews, and drivers who keep the system running.
“PepsiCo isn’t just about food and drinks,” Rabih adds. “It’s about developing people.” That people-first culture mirrors Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 focus on building local talent, where every individual’s growth contributes to something greater.
